Waiver Required for Participation
All players must have a completed and signed liability waiver on file before participating in any training, lessons, rentals, classes, camps, or events at Bat Flip Baseball.
This applies to:
Private lessons
Cage rentals
Classes & clinics
Camps
Team training
Membership usage
If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver. The waiver applies to all future visits unless a new version is issued.
Already Booked Online Through Swift?
If you created an account and booked online through our Swift system, you were prompted to review and acknowledge the waiver during the booking process.
To confirm your waiver is on file:
Log in to your Swift account
Go to your profile or account settings
Review your signed agreements on the Waivers tab
If your waiver is completed, you are all set.
Booking by Phone, Team Event, or Walk-In?
If you did not book online through Swift — or if you are unsure whether a waiver is on file — please complete our waiver using the Google Form link below before participating.
