The Summer Development Program is designed for high school and college athletes planning to train 3–5+ days per week this summer and looking for a complete development plan—not just random reps.

Summer is one of the biggest opportunities for long-term player development, but only if training is consistent and intentional.

This program combines skill development, strength and performance work, arm care, vision training, and facility access into one structured plan designed to help athletes make the most of their offseason.

We provide the structure and environment to help players train consistently and improve over time.

Skill Development

  • Initial hitting assessment with Coach Chris

  • Personalized development plan with strengths, focus areas, and drills

  • Daily 30-minute access in HitTrax or Multi-Use tunnels

Strength & Performance

  • Weight room and athletic development access

  • Structured programming designed by Athletic Performance Coach Mark Herron Jr.

  • 1–2 group performance sessions per week

Vision & Cognitive Training

  • Unlimited Vizual Edge access included

  • Train pitch recognition, tracking, and reaction time

  • Available both in-facility and on personal devices

Arm Care & Throwing

  • Guided throwing and arm care (PitchLab programming)

  • Structured routines to support arm health and recovery

  • Consistent throwing preparation throughout the summer
