Small Group Classes at Bat Flip Baseball

Our small group classes are designed to deliver focused coaching, high-quality reps, and real development.

All classes are capped at small group sizes to ensure individual attention, clear feedback, and meaningful progress. Whether a player is building fundamentals or refining advanced skills, our classes provide a clear pathway for growth.

How Our Classes Are Structured

We organize most skill classes by Beginner and Advanced levels to make it easy to choose the right fit.

  • Beginner classes focus on fundamentals, confidence, and consistency

  • Advanced classes build on that foundation with higher intent, game-speed reps, and deeper concepts

  • Specialty Advanced classes target specific areas like hitting mindset, bat speed, and pitching game management.

Age ranges and eligibility are clearly listed for each class during booking to help guide placement.

Hitting Classes

All hitting classes utilize HitTrax technology, providing real-time feedback and measurable improvement, and are open to baseball and softball players.

Beginner Hitting

Designed for players building their swing foundation and confidence at the plate. This class focuses on fundamentals, contact quality, and repeatable mechanics in a supportive, small-group setting.

Advanced Hitting

For hitters who already have a solid foundation and are ready to take the next step. Players work on refining mechanics, improving consistency, and making adjustments at higher intent and game-like speeds.

Advanced Hitting: Mindset & Approach

A specialty advanced class focused on the mental side of hitting. Players learn how to slow the game down, develop a clear plan at the plate, and apply their swing more effectively in game situations.

Pitching Classes

All pitching classes are open only to baseball players at this time. Please contact us if you are interested in softball pitching classes.

Beginner Pitching

Designed for newer pitchers or those still developing confidence on the mound. Instruction emphasizes clean mechanics, balance, rhythm, and consistent strike throwing in a small-group environment.

Advanced Pitching

For pitchers with game experience who are ready to refine mechanics, improve command, and pitch with greater intent. This class serves as a step between beginner instruction and specialty advanced work or private lessons.

Advanced Pitching: Mindset & Game Management

A specialty advanced class focused on how pitchers think and compete on the mound. Topics include attacking hitters, managing counts, pre-pitch routines, and controlling the pace of the game.

Arm Care & Recovery

Arm Care & Recovery focuses on proper warm-ups, mobility, strength, and long-term arm health. Players learn routines that support throwing volume, recovery, and durability throughout the season. This class is appropriate for all positions and experience levels and pairs well with pitching, catching, and hitting workloads.

Catching Classes

All catching classes are open to both baseball and softball players.

Beginner Catching

Built for players learning the catching position or developing foundational skills. Instruction focuses on stance, receiving, blocking, and basic throwing mechanics through controlled, confidence-building reps.

Advanced Catching

Designed for experienced catchers looking to sharpen game-ready skills. Players work on pitch presentation, blocking at game speed, throwing footwork, and leadership behind the plate.

Athletic Development

Athletic development classes are open to both baseball and softball players.

Speed & Agility (Ages 8–11)

An age-appropriate class focused on athletic movement, coordination, balance, and speed development. Build proper movement patterns and high-energy reps in a fun, supportive environment.

Speed & Agility (Ages 12–14)

Designed for middle school athletes, this class focuses on improving speed, explosiveness, coordination, and overall athletic performance. Drills are higher intent while still prioritizing movement quality and injury prevention.
